Applications are invited from eligible medical graduates to fill up 87 vacant posts of Senior/Junior House Surgeon carrying the emoluments of pay band Rs 16190/- + Grade pay Rs. 5400/- + D.A., admissible from time to time under Haryana govt. instructions for a period of six months only i.e. for the session from 1.1.2010 to 30.6.2010 in various departments of this institution.


The prospective candidates should apply on the prescribed proforma obtainable from the counter of the office of the undersigned or by sending a self-addressed envelope (size 23 cms x 10 cms) with stamps affixed thereon worth Rs. 28/-.

Applications duly completed in all respects, must reach the office of the undersigned by 21.12.2009 up to 5.00 p.m. sharp.


Applications received after the stipulated date and time will not be entertained

All the candidates are required to appear for interview in the office of the undersigned 29.12.2009 at 10.00 am sharp.

In case 29.12.2009 is declared as holiday interview will be held on the next working day. It is also added that the 2nd counseling will be held on 6.1.2010 for vacant seats. If any. No separate interview letters will be sent for the same. At the time of interview the original documents shall have to be produced.

A candidate must have the following qualifications

1. Must have passed MBBS from a medical college/institute recognized by the MCI

2. Permanent registration certificate from the MCI or state medical council with in one month of the date of joining. Internship must have been completed by 31.12.2009. If one fails to submit the permanent registration certificate with in one month, the orders for stoppage of salary will be issued without giving any notice.

Note: a. the selected candidates will deposit Rs 2500/- as refundable security exclusively and separate for each session of House job, to avoid any confusion in this regard. Security of Rs. 2500/- will be deposited on the day of interview/selection of the candidate, failing which the selection will be treated as cancelled without assigning any reason and the seat will be given to next candidate in waiting list.

2. Incomplete application forms will not be entertained and will be rejected.

3. The security, of those house surgeons who leave the institution in the mid of the session/without completing their term of six months will be forfeited.

4. The other terms and conditions will remain the same as provided in the prescribed proforma of the application form.

Vijaya Bank Clerk Recruitment - Exam Dates Changed

Vijaya Bank has postponed the written exam of Recruitment of 500 clerks to Feb 7th 2010.The examination was supposed to be held on 20.12.2009. It has to be noted that the bank had previously extended the last date for online registration.

Change of Exam Date : Vijaya Bank announced recruitment of 500 probationary clerks during Oct – Nov 2009.The written examination was scheduled to be held onDecember 20th 2009,which has been changed & tentatively fixed on

February 7,2010 (note : online registrations for this recruitment have already closed)

Call Letters : According to the bank`s website,the call letters for eligible candidates will be dispatched before Feb 2nd 2010.Incase of non-receipt,candidates can request for duplicate call letters between 03.02.2010 - 06.02.2010.Read about this date change on Vijaya Bank website.

Allahabad Bank to recruit Clerks & Probationary Officers

Probationary Officer(Scale –I) – 880 posts - Rs.10,000-18,240 (to be revised)

Agriculture Field Officers – 110 posts - Rs.10,000-18,240 (to be revised)

Eligibility for PO position : Candidates interested to apply for PO in Allahabad Bank,

* Age : Minimum 21 yrs & Maximum 30 yrs as on 1.1.2010 (relaxation applies)

* Should be a Graduate (any discipline) with minimum of 55% aggregate.

* Computer qualification certificate from a recognized institute is necessary

for Agriculture Field Officer : * Age Limit: Minimum 21 yrs & Maximum 30 yrs

* Must be a Graduate (in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ Agriculture Engineering/ Fishery Science/ Pisciculture/ Agriculture Marketing and Co-operation) from a recognized University with minimum 55% aggregate OR Post Graduate Degree in any of the above subjects.

* Knowledge in computers is essential

Note: Final year/semester candidates are not eligible to apply for both posts,as the bank expects candidates to have all certificates,even while registering online.

Application : The application fees of Rs.400(Gen/OBC) or Rs.50(SC/ST) has to be paid at any Allahabad bank branch ,using the challan from the website.Candidates have to apply online through the website of Allahabad Bank only & provide necessary details,along with payment info.

Application: Application should be in the prescribed format neatly typed in English/Hindi and should be sent along with a Demand Draft for Rs.300/- drawn in favor of National Fertilizers Limited payable at State Bank of India, New Delhi .
