Eligibility for Scale –1 Officers : Candidates interested in Scale –1 Officer posts,
* Must be a citizen of India & Age must be between 18yrs – 26yrs as on 01.04.2009
* Should posses a Degree(any discipline) from a recognized university & must be fluent in Hindi language.
* Candidates with knowledge in computers,networking,MS-Office will be given preference during interview.

for Clerk positions : * Candidate must be a resident to Haryana state
* Age between 18yrs to 26yrs
* Must posses a Degree OR should have passes HSC exam(12th) with 50%
* Knowledge in English & Hindi languages are necessary
* Candidates with computer knowledge & MS-Officer will be preferred in Interview.

Selection : The selection for Clerks & Officers will be made on basis of Written test & Interview.0.25 mark would be reduced for each wrong answer. Based on the results of the written test,candidates will be ranked & called for Interview. ** Around 240 candidates for Officer(Scale –1) & 400 candidates for Clerk positions are expected to be called. Eligibility : Candidates willing to apply for SSC – Tax Assistant 2009 ,
* Age Limit - 20-27 years as on 30.10.2009 (age relaxation for various caste apply)
* Education – Candidates should posses any bachelors degree (any discipline) from a recognized university as on 30.10.2009.(candidates waiting for results/final yr students need not apply)
* Candidates must have a computer typing speed of 8000 letters per hour.

Selection : The selection for SSC – Tax Assistants has Written test(objective) & Skill Test(typing test).Based on the results & rank list,candidates would be allotted appointment.
The written examination will have three parts,multiple choice questions on General English (100 marks) & General Awareness(100 marks) for 2hours.There is also another paper on Arithmetic(100 marks) for 2hrs.
The skill test is to check the typing speed of the candidates,wherein a given passage has to be typed within 15 mins.This test is only for qualifying & no marks are given. Candidates clearing the written test with minimum will be called for Skill test.

Application : The application fee of Rs.100 has to be paid only by ‘Central Recruitment Fee Stamps’ available at post offices.These stamps have to be passed in the application form in the space given.The application form has to be typed in A4 paper,according to the format mentioned in the advertisement & must be sent before 30.10.2009 to the given address.

Indian Bank 700 Clerks Recruitment – 2009 | Results

Indian bank has released the list of candidates who have cleared the Written test held on June 21st 2009 for the Recruitment of 700 clerks – Project 2009.The selected candidates are to be called for Interview from October 26th 2009 onwards.The Interview will be held at the same venue where candidates attended the written test.

The call letters for Interview will be sent to the address of the selected candidates & those who do not receive the call letters by October 21st 2009,can download the call letter format from the bank website,fill the details & arrive at the venue for Interview.The venue,date & time for Interview can also be seen on the website from Oct 7th 2009.
